About SMU Mental Health Week
SMU Mental Health Week is an annual wellbeing initiative led by the Mrs Wong Kwok Leong Student Wellness Centre, bringing the SMU community together to explore practical ways to support mental health and wellbeing.
Through activities, shared experiences and resources, students are encouraged to pause, reflect and discover what supports them - building simple, positive habits they can carry into everyday life.
As part of SMU’s ongoing resilience journey, Mental Health Week contributes to creating a supportive campus culture where mental wellbeing matters and conversations are encouraged.
In 2026, Find Your P.A.C.E. turns the focus to the everyday foundations of wellbeing - Physical Spaces, Activity, Chill and Eat Well. Students are invited to discover how small, intentional choices in the way they shape their surroundings, move, rest and nourish themselves can support a more balanced and sustainable university experience.
